Hello! I'm Clancy. I'm an illustrator with a flair for character concept art and an interest in history, research and creative writing.  

 

I've always had a lot of stories to tell, and visual arts was the way I realised I could express myself. I am influenced by the styles of my favourite artists such as Xiao Tong and Chris Riddell, whom I follow on the internet. I am also very interested in the genres of sci-fi and fantasy.

 

Recently, I've been working primarily in the field of Interactive Digital Design.  I've also worked in diverse traditional media, such as linocut design and printing, painting with acrylics and watercolour, textile design, making zines and creating work for commercial briefs. ​

 

In my spare time, I love to play the saxophone, and I perform in two local bands, including a Big Band jazz ensemble where I live in South East London.
